M30 Stitcher Single Head

N3B Bindery Stitcher Single Head

MODEL N3B2 – 1/2R – Handles big jobs from 1/2″ to a maximum of 1 3/4″ thick.
The ISP Model N3B2-1/2R will flat stitch work from a minimum thickness of 1/2″ to 1 3/4″ maximum depending upon type of paper used. Stitcher is set to use #17 round bookbinders wire.

MODEL N3B2-1/2H – Our largest capacity stitcher.
Will flat stitch work from a minimum thickness of 1/2″ to 2″ maximum, depending upon type of paper used. Equipped with heavy-duty cutter block for #18 x #20 (type 230) high carbon wire. A maximum of 2 3/4″ of work can be done by stabbing.

Booklet Mate

A simple entry level Bookletmaker with a space saving table top design. It is easy to set up and operate, and will handle books up to 40 pages (10 sheets) depending on paper weight. Automatic paper centering with adjustable paper guides for different book sizes. Dual fold rollers and movable dual staple heads. Hand lever > operates both staple heads and is reversed to fold and eject finished book between the fold rollers. Great for school or churches.

The Autobook

Easy to use push button controls with counter and timer, simply place the collated set on the table and the book is stapled and folded automatically. Auto set-up with 6 pre-set sizes and 6 programmable sizes. The Autobook will handle sets up to 60 pages (15 sheets) depending on paper weight. This machine is light weight and portable with a interlocked cover for safe operation. Perfect for schools, churches, or small to medium print shops.

The Advantage

The Advantage provides both saddle and flat stitching, with either side-ways or pass-through feeding. Mount up to eight 18D or six G20 Heads.

Pamphlets, checkbooks and ticket books are quickly and neatly stitched, using the M17 Multiple-Head Stitcher. A single adjustment sets the compression and wire draw on all of the heads simultaneously. The M17 accommodates ten 26D Heads or eight G8 Heads.
