The AFC-74 series B1-format folder is the newest in Horizon’s expanding line-up of quality-engineered folders that combines simple operation, quick changeover, high production speed, and superior fold quality.
– The folder is easy and intuitive to set-up, even without a skilled operator, thanks to the intelligent automation and user-friendly design.
– A wide variety of fold patterns are automatically set by inputting the sheet size and selecting a fold pattern through the large color touchscreen.
– 3 different types of feed units can be selected for various work environments: Flat Pile Feeder, Pallet Pile Feeder and Round Pile Feeder.
– Fold rollers are constructed with a combination of steel and soft polyurethane for superior grip and sharp, consistent folding.

The PF-P330 paper folder is accurate, easy to operate, and uses rotary suction feeding for perfect folding of color-printed sheets.
Additional folding station – Complicated fold patterns such as map folds or face up and face down 16 page signature folding can be achieved with this additional buckle station.
Interactive touch screen operation – Stand alone color touch screen enables set up of the folding buckle plates instantly with simple and intuitive operation.
Flexible confi guration – Different infeed height options are available to match a variety of folding systems and confi gurations (custom height modules are a factory option and cannot be retrofi t in the fi eld).

High Quality in a Compact Body! High performance suction rotor feeding and accurate sheet registration leads to high quality folding. A4 (8.5” x 11”) fi nish letter fold*can be folded in the compact body. * Only letter fold is available when using the sheet which length is 630 mm/ 24.80”.
Quick and Easy Setup – Simply select sheet size and fold pattern and each section sets-up automatically. The folder is equipped with 2 buckles to meet a variety of folds. Fine-tune adjustment can be done at 0.1 mmfor accurate folding.
High Performance Suction Rotor Feeding – Uniquely designed suction rotor feeding is employed to meet high speed production up to 390 sheets per minute, wide range of paper stock can be fed with ease.
High Capacity Feeder – High capacity feed table (1,300 sheets of 64 gsm can be loaded) to minimize sheet loading during longer production runs.
Accurate Sheet Registration – Registration guide ensures accurate sheet transportation and a high quality fold.
